2. Henkilötietojen käsittelyn tarkoitus
Keräämme ja käytämme henkilötietoja seuraavia tarkoituksia varten: (i) Palvelun tarjoaminen ja tuottaminen; (ii) Palvelun kehittäminen, parantaminen ja tilastointi; (iii) tiedottaminen ja markkinointiviestintä; sekä (iv) ongelmien ja väärinkäytösten havainnointi ja selvittäminen.
Henkilötietojen käyttöä sekä kerättävien tietojen sisältöä on selostettu tarkemmin jäljempänä.
3. Käsittelyn oikeusperusteet
Henkilötietojen käsittelyn oikeusperusteita ovat käsittelyn tarkoituksesta ja/tai henkilötiedosta riippuen: SnapCabin ja Palvelun käyttäjän välillä vallitsevan sopimuksen ja yksittäisten taksikuljetustilausten toteuttaminen ja täytäntöönpano; sekä SnapCabin ja sen kumppanien oikeutettujen etujen toteuttamiseksi.
Saatamme kerätä ja käsitellä henkilötietoja myös erikseen antamasi suostumuksen perusteella taikka lakisääteisten velvoitteidemme toteuttamiseksi.
4. Käsiteltävien henkilötietojen sisältö
Perushenkilötiedot: Tallennamme ilmoittamasi perustiedot, joita ovat nimi ja puhelinnumero, osoitetiedot, sähköpostiosoite sekä SnapCab -sovelluksen kielivalinta.
SnapCab -sovellusta ja sen käyttöä koskevat tiedot: Keräämme tietoja SnapCab -sovelluksen käytöstä. Tällaisia tietoja ovat muun muassa käyttämäsi päätelaitteen ja käyttöjärjestelmän perustiedot, paikannus- ja sijaintitiedot, SnapCab -sovelluksessa tekemäsi tilan muutokset.
Matkatiedot ja tilaushistoria: Tallennamme tekemäsi yksittäiset taksitilaukset sekä niihin liittyvät matkatiedot. Näihin sisältyvät kunkin matkan lähtö- ja päätepisteet sekä ilmoitetut ja toteutuneet noutoajankohdat.
Asiakaspalaute, yhteydenotot ja arvostelut: Keräämme meille mahdollisesti antamaasi palautetta sekä muita yhteydenottosi yhteydessä ilmoittamia tietojasi. Lisäksi keräämme ja käsittelemme arvostelutietoja, jotka voivat koskea yksittäisiä matkoja, taikka SnapCab -sovellusta ja sen käyttöä.
.5. Henkilötietojen sijainti ja säilyttämiskäytännöt
Tuotamme Palvelua käyttämällä eri maissa sijaitsevia resursseja ja palvelimia. Tästä syystä henkilötietojasi saatetaan siirtää Euroopan talousalueen ulkopuolelle. Näissä tapauksissa varmistamme, että henkilötiedot siirretään lain edellyttämällä, esimerkiksi käyttämällä Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston asettamia mallisopimuslausekkeista henkilötietojen siirtoa varten.
Poistamme henkilötietosi normaalikäytäntöjemme mukaisesti, kun henkilötiedot eivät enää ole tarpeen siihen tarkoitukseen, joihin olemme ne keränneet. SnapCab -sovelluksen käyttöä koskevat henkilötietosi poistamme 24 kuukauden kuluttua hetkestä, jolloin viimeksi käytit SnapCab -sovellusta. Lisäksi poistamme säännöllisesti 24 kuukautta vanhemmat SnapCab -sovelluksen käyttöä koskevat tietosi.
6. Tietojen luovuttaminen sekä kolmansien osapuolten pääsy henkilötietoihin
Voidaksemme tuottaa Palvelua ja toteuttaa siihen liittyvät kuljetustilaukset, luovutamme tietoja säännönmukaisesti kumppaneinamme toimiville taksioperaattoreille, taksiyhtiöille, yksittäisille taksinkuljettajille sekä muille palvelutapahtumaan osallistuville toimijoille, kuten esimerkiksi maksuliikennepalvelun tarjoajille.
Edellä sanotun lisäksi käytämme Palvelun tuottamisessa alihankkijoita, kuten erilaisia tietojenkäsittely- ja teknologiapalveluiden tuottajia, jotka toimivat henkilötietojen käsittelijöinä SnapCabin lukuun. Näiden osalta henkilötietoja voidaan siirtää käsittelijöille siinä määrin kuin se on tarpeen henkilötietojen käsittelijälle kuuluvien tehtävien suorittamiseksi.
Jos päätämme myydä, ostaa tai muuten järjestää liiketoimintojamme uudelleen, saatamme siinä yhteydessä luovuttaa henkilötietojasi mahdollisille tai todellisille ostajille ja heidän neuvonantajilleen.
7. Sinun oikeutesi
Sinulla on oikeus tietää, olemmeko keränneet henkilötietojasi, ja jos olemme, mitä tietoja olemme sinusta keränneet. Sinulla on myös oikeus oikaista tai pyytää SnapCaba poistamaan virheelliset, puutteelliset, epätarkat, tarpeettomat tai vanhentuneet tiedot sekä tietyin edellytyksin rajoittaa tai vastustaa niiden käyttöä voimassaolevan lainsäädännön mukaisesti.

Jos koet, että tietosuoja-asetuksessa turvattuja oikeuksiasi on loukattu, emmekä pyynnöstäsi huolimatta ole korjanneet toimintaamme, voit olla yhteydessä tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistoon.
8. Tietoturva
Huolehdimme palveluidemme tietoturvasta käyttäen menettelytapoja, jotka ovat tarkoituksenmukaisessa suhteessa uhkien vakavuuteen ja tekniseen kehitystasoon sekä kustannuksiin. Tietosuojasta ja tietoturvasta huolehtivat siihen erikseen nimetyt henkilöt. Sisäisiä tietosuojaa ja tietoturvaa koskevia yhtiömme ohjeistuksia toteutetaan muun muassa ennakoivan riskienhallinnan keinoin, huomioimalla tietosuoja- ja tietoturva tuotteiden ja palveluiden suunnittelussa sekä kouluttamalla henkilöstöä. Lisäksi työskentelemme jatkuvasti sisäänrakennetun tietosuojan ja oletusarvoisen tietosuojan toteuttamiseksi liiketoiminnassamme.
9. Muutokset tähän tietosuojakäytäntöön
Haluamme varmistaa, että tämä tietosuojaseloste vastaa aina asianmukaisesti sitä tapaa, jolla käsittelemme henkilötietojasi, ja siten voimme tarvittaessa tehdä muutoksia tietosuojaselosteen sisältöön. Julkaisemme päivitetyn tietosuojaselosteen aina SnapCabin verkkosivuilla.

The purpose of this privacy notice is to explain how Scio Comm Oy (hereinafter “SnapCab”) collects and processes your personal data when using the SnapCab taxi ordering service (hereinafter “Service”).

2. The purpose for processing personal data
We collect and use personal data for the following purposes: (i) providing and producing the Service; (ii) Service development, improvement and statistics; (iii) informing and marketing communications; and (iv) detecting and investigating issues and abuse.
The use of personal data and the content of the data collected are described in more detail below.
3. Legal basis for processing personal data
Depending on the purpose of the processing and / or the personal data, the legal bases for the processing of personal data are: Implementation and enforcement of the agreement between SnapCab and the user of the Service as well as the individual taxi transport orders; and to pursue the legitimate interests of SnapCab and its partners.
We may also collect and process personal data with your separately given consent or in order to fulfill our legal obligations.
4. The content of the personal data that is processed
Basic personal data: We store the basic information you provide, such as name and phone number, address information, email address and language selection of the SnapCab application.
Information about the SnapCab application and its use: We collect data about the use of the SnapCab application. Such data includes, but is not limited to, basic information about the terminal and operating system you are using, locating and location information, searches made in the SnapCab application, taxi company-specific comparison information, and the taxi company selected for the order.
Travel information and order history: We record your individual taxi rides and travel information related to them. These include the start and end points of each trip, as well as the estimated and actual pick-up times.
Customer feedback, contacts and reviews: We collect any feedback you may give us and any other information you provide in connection with you contacting us. In addition, we collect and process information on reviews that may relate to, for example individual trips, or the SnapCab application and its use.
5. Location of personal data and retention practices
We provide the Service using resources and servers located in different countries. As a result, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, we will ensure that the transfer of personal data is done in accordance with law, for example by using standard contractual clauses set by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union for the transfer of personal data.
We will delete your personal data in accordance with our normal policies when the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we collected it. We will delete your personal information about your use of the SnapCab application 24 months after you last used the SnapCab application. In addition, we regularly delete your data on the use of the SnapCab application that is older than 24 Months.
6. Disclosure of data and third-party access to personal data
In order to produce the Service and to fulfill orders for transportation related to it, we regularly disclose data to our taxi operator partners, taxi companies, individual taxi drivers and other actors involved in the service transaction, such as, for example, payment service providers.
In addition to above, we use subcontractors in the production of the Service, such as various providers of computing- and technology services, who act as processors of personal data on behalf of SnapCab. In these situations, personal data may be transferred to processors to the extent necessary for the performance of the tasks of the processor.
If we decide to sell, buy or otherwise reorganize our business, we may disclose your personal information to potential or actual buyers and their advisors.
7. Your rights
You have the right to know if we have collected your personal data and, if so, what information we have collected about you. You also have the right to correct or request SnapCab to delete incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, unnecessary or outdated information and, under certain conditions, to restrict or oppose their use in accordance with applicable law.
You can submit a request for verification of your information in writing or by email to the address below.
If the processing is based on consent (e.g. a marketing authorization), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Finnish Data Protection Supervisor’s Office www.tietosuoja.fi or also with a supervisory authority in another EU Member State if you have a permanent residence or employment there.

8. Privacy
We care for the security of our services by using procedures that are appropriately proportionate to the severity of the threats and the level of technical development and costs. Data protection and data security are handled by specifically designated persons. Our company’s internal guidelines on data protection and data security are implemented, for example, by means of proactive risk management, by taking data protection and data security into account when designing products and services, and by training of personnel. In addition, we are constantly working to implement built-in data protection and default data protection in our business.
9. Changes to this privacy notice
We want to ensure that this privacy notice always appropriately reflects the way we process your personal data, and therefore we may make changes to the content of this privacy notice when necessary. The updated privacy policy can be found on the SnapCab website.
